Yesterday was the first time I cut Rachael's tiny fingernails for her. I was so afraid to hurt her. Thank God everything went well. But I saw it growing longer again this morning. She has such high metabolism!
Last night was the first night she slept in her cot without air con. Finally she slept in it! After breastfeeding her and topping up with 40ml of what I had pumped out, she laid on her bed with eyes wide awake. However, once I switched off my phone, the room went pitch black, she fell asleep on her own without fussing. Thank God! This shall be the strategy for now. Breastfeed her at night!
This morning, I bathed her for the very first time with the supervision of mum. I'm looking forward to bringing her out to swim.
